The mandate connects leadership development, organisation design and workforce capability directly to business performance, built on a belief he returns to often, that people systems come under strain long before business systems do, and that culture becomes a competitive edge only when it moves in sync with execution. That includes how the organisation is becoming AI-ready, responsibly and at the pace the business can genuinely absorb.

His HR and business leadership experience covers over 30 years across technology, outsourced services, hospitality, logistics and agritech, including several private equity-backed environments where people decisions and business performance are closely linked. That experience includes M&A integration, digital HR and industrial relations.

His career includes senior roles at WayCool Foods, ISS Facility Services, CMS Info Systems, Ingram Micro, AVT McCormick and the Taj Group.
