Amit Dasgupta leads delivery at CMS IT Services, with responsibility for service execution, operational reliability and customer outcomes across the company’s managed services portfolio. His mandate is to keep delivery consistent, accountable and measurable, account by account, with automation and AI increasingly built into how that delivery runs, so that what CMS commits to a customer is what gets delivered. The Centre of Excellence, which supports both delivery and sales, reports into him, a shared capability layer carrying best practice and new offerings across the business.

A 27-plus year veteran of CMS IT Services, Amit has held national assignments across the business before taking on the CDO mandate, building deep technical knowledge and strong customer relationships across some of CMS’s most complex accounts along the way. That combination, technical depth paired with genuine account relationships, is what now underpins the operational discipline he applies across the business.
