Joined CMS IT Services Private Limited in January 2015, successfully set up HR Shared Services and implemented Statutory compliance process, HR Automation, Defining & Designing Policies & Processes, etc.

Post Graduate in PM & IR, has been associated with HCL Infosystems Limited for almost 25 years, handled varied roles including as HR head for large BU’s and instrumental in setting up HR Shared Services for HCL Infosystems Limited and its Subsidiaries. Varghise also was part of HCL Ethics Committee and Nodal officer for diversity and inclusion across HCL group.
