Vinay Kumar shapes CMS IT Services’ growth strategy and carries its sales mandate: the accounts, market segments and new AI-enabled service offerings across cloud, cybersecurity and managed services that decide where the company’s growth actually comes from. It is a sales agenda grounded in first-hand delivery and P&L experience.

He moved into the role after leading CMS’s delivery organisation as Chief Delivery Officer, carrying full P&L accountability across the company’s service lines. That means the sales agenda is shaped by someone who has owned the numbers on the delivery side, a direct line to what the company can credibly promise customers.

Earlier in his career, he held delivery and infrastructure leadership roles at Kyndryl and IBM, working across FMCG, BFSI and telecom.
