Vinay began his journey at CMS IT as Regional Delivery Head – West, where his exemplary performance quickly earned him a promotion to a leadership role overseeing national delivery operations. Prior to CMS IT, he held senior positions at Kyndryl and IBM, where he led complex technology programs for global clients.

His core areas of expertise include cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), SD-WAN, application modernization, and service governance. A strong advocate of aligning IT with business strategy, Vinay has successfully led high-impact programs such as SAP HANA cloud migrations and enterprise-wide IT modernization efforts, reinforcing CMS IT’s position as a leader in digital transformation and managed services.
